Pregnancy is a beautiful, feminine, natural experience; a precious time in a woman’s life; a wonderful process of physical, emotional and spiritual change.
After sharing yoga with several women in class settings and one-to-one sessions, I was inspired to specialise in pregnancy yoga. It was a wonderful experience to support and guide women through the sacred landscape of their bodies; enabling them to connect to their baby and embrace this beautiful phase of their lives.
I have completed a Yoga Alliance Pre and Postnatal Teacher Training with Baby Yoga and Baby Massage with Katy Appleton in London (95 hours). This comprehensive training enables me to offer safe, inspiring, nurturing classes to support women during pregnancy and beyond.
Mama Flow Pregnancy Yoga
Tuesday at 6.15 – 7.30pm
This yoga class provides an inspiring and nurturing space for women to come together in the beautiful practice of pregnancy yoga.
You will experience the flowing movements of yoga, lovingly sequenced, adapted and choreographed to music. In addition, we will practice pranayama (breath awareness), relaxation and meditation. These classes will develop strength and flexibility in the body; peace and calm in the mind; your body, your breath, your being ready for the changes unfolding in your life. Mama Flow offers a safe, supportive environment for you to evolve and embody your new role with grace and clarity.
This class is suitable for mamas-to-be from the second trimester.

This unique Pregnancy Yoga Retreat offers a special day for mothers-to-be. You will experience supportive, nurturing, inspiring yoga classes, designed to enhance body, mind, spirit and baby well-being. In the morning, you will move through a series of flowing, creative namaskars, lovingly sequenced, adapted and choreographed to music. This class is balanced with breath awareness and relaxation, creating a feeling of space, grace and serenity. In the afternoon, you will experience restorative yoga, meditation and relaxation, leaving you feeling rested, restored and revitalised.
You will learn breath awareness and massage techniques to relax your body, mind, being during the birth of your baby. I will also share some wonderful baby yoga and massage techniques that you can use to nurture your newborn at home. Our day will close with a gently relaxing hypnobirthing experience.
Our beautiful retreat will take place in the serene surroundings of the Tree Room. This will be a wonderful day, experiencing, learning and celebrating the blessings of pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
