Namaste! I share authentic, creatively inspired Vinyasa Flow, Dharma Yoga and Ayurveda. My yoga classes, events and trainings are based in Colchester, Essex during the summer months and come the winter, my spirit follows the sun to teach yoga retreats and trainings in the abundant beauty of Costa Rica.
I believe and embody that authentic yoga sadhana naturally cultivates sacred space, transcendence and transformation; culturing a way of life that elevates the yogi beyond perceived limitations to fulfil their own heart’s calling. My expression of yoga inspires elevation and freedom of being; creates connection and community; awakens an intuitive knowing that love is the highest. There is gratitude for the beauty of nature and the nature of all beings. My heart intention is to share the way, elevating hearts and souls to know their own true nature and soul mission beyond their wildest imagination.
I lead inspirational yoga classes, workshops and events exploring ancient Indian philosophy, mythology, yoga traditions and Ayurveda. My worldwide retreats are lovingly created to offer a unique experience of yoga, nature and culture in abundantly beautiful settings. Additionally, I offer an inspirational Yoga Teacher Training for aspiring yogis to deepen their knowledge and practice; align with the heart of yoga and follow their own heart’s calling.
