Heidi-Pascual

My yoga journey began in 2009 and since that time, my soul journey has been beautifully transformed. I have a successful full-time career, sharing Vinyasa Flow, Dharma Yoga and Yin Yoga classes, workshops, festivals, worldwide retreats and yoga community. My yoga journey expanded spontaneously and rapidly, unfolding with many enriching experiences, colourful travels, beautiful friendships and soul growth.

My twenties were dedicated to exploring our exquisite world in the wild of Africa, the wonder of South America, the exotica of Asia and Indonesia, the colour and culture of India, Sri Lanka and the Himalaya of Nepal. Experiencing the beauty of our world from sunrise to sunset, I fell head over heels, enamoured with life. I married my Peruvian husband in the Andes of Peru and returned home after a decade of discovery. I found life distant and disconnected on my return to the U.K, as if the world had lost its colour. It was then that I discovered yoga. My thirties and forties have been a very different kind of journey, an inner journey. The path of yoga lights the way to our inner world: an ocean without depths, bliss beyond beauty, an expanse without horizon and love’s forever open arms.

As a writer and teacher of Literature, I am innately inspired by language, nature and art; therefore creative narrative, classical yoga texts and mythic story infuse my choreography. These creative qualities are woven within precise alignment of classical asana. Flowing transitions between dynamic and static asana, guided by the tala of the breath, creates a graceful dance of breath and movement, stillness and serenity. I design each class with a balance of alignment, yoga assists, form and flow; pranayama, Indian philosophy and meditation.

Tapas has burned brightly and I have completed over a thousand hours of training: Triyoga teacher training, London (390 hours); Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher training with Claire Missingham (200 hours); advanced Rasa Yoga teacher training with Sianna Sherman, Berlin (300 hour); advanced Life of a Yogi Teacher Training with Sri Dharma Mittra, New York City (500 hours); advanced teacher training with Ambra Vallo, London (50 hours); Yin Yoga with Sarah Lo (40 hours). My extensive travel across India enriched my studies with authentic insight into the history, tradition and practice of yoga. I am currently studying an Ayurveda Teacher Training with Katie Silcox (300 hours) and I am excited to learn, receive and share my new knowledge on the ancient ‘Science of Life’ with my community.

I have been fortunate in working with world renowned international tutors including Claire Missingham, Sianna ShermanAmbra Vallo, Jeff Phenix and Sri Dharma Mittra, who have instilled authenticity and inspiration into my practice and teaching.

I hold the E-RYT 500 designation from Yoga Alliance and I have received six business awards for excellence in yoga classes, retreats and teacher training. I offer authentic, creatively inspired Vinyasa Flow, Dharma Yoga and Yin Yoga classes and workshops, exploring philosophy sadhana, infused with Indian culture and tradition, live music and sound experience.

I share Vinyasa Flow Yoga Retreats in the England, Scotland, Ireland, France, Italy, Greece, Morocco, India, Sri Lanka, Bali, Costa Rica and worldwide. I offer an authentic retreat experience; infusing blissful yoga in abundantly beautiful nature. In addition, I worked for Sardinia Yoga in Italy, Spain and Croatia.

My love for uplifting hearts and souls through the sacred sadhana and sangha of yoga inspired me to offer a Yoga Teacher Training. This authentic, inspirational yoga journey aligns with the heart of yoga and empowers you to follow your own heart’s calling.
